Level 6 Sports Therapist - Degree Qualified
Ultrasound Treatments, Dry Cupping, Sports Taping, Exercise rehabilitation, Sports Massage.
Lauren Phillips is a Level 6 Sports Therapist, who studied as Buckinghamshire University. Lauren is an excellent therapist who specialises in injury treatment, assessment, and rehabilitation.
With lots of tools in her treatment box Lauren is able to assess which treatment path is best for you, also qualified in Sports taping, and Ultrasound.

Callum Todd
Level 6 Sports Therapist - Degree Qualified

Sports Taping - Exercise Rehabilitation Therapy
Callum is a BSc Sports Therapy from the University of Essex, he plans to study a Masters in Osteopathy in the coming few years.
Callum gains a great deal of satisfaction in helping others regain their best possible athletic ability post injury, he is also keen in helping people improve their current performance through recovery and the benefits that exercise rehabilitation mixed with manual therapy brings.

Sam Pilgrim
Level 7 Sport Rehabilitation Specialist
Ultrasound, Sports Taping, Rehabilitation
Sam has a Level 7 masters degree in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, and is a member of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Trainers (BASRaT).
Qualified in Electrotherapy, Ultrasound and Athletic Taping. Sam holds a keen interest in all injuries from general population to high performance athletes.

Olivia Cooper
Level 6 Sports Therapist - Degree Qualified (BSc)
Rehabilitation, soft tissue massage, Sports Taping and Ultrasound.
Olivia is a qualified Sports therapist from Birmingham City University and is currently a Masters (MSc) student in Physiotherapy qualifying in 2027 at Anglia Ruskin University.
Olivia has experience working both within clinic and sporting environments. She has experience working with Elite youth footballers at West Ham United FC and Colchester United FC. She has a keen interest in aiding people get back to every day life as well as achieve their sporting goals and is a very skilled therapist.

Level 4 Sport Massage Therapist
Alice is a skilled soft tissue therapist with a Level 5 BTEC diploma from the London School of Soft Tissue Massage, earned in 2018. Always eager to expand her expertise, she has since gained additional certifications in oncology and pregnancy massage and has her sights set on mastering dry needling next.
Passionate about helping others feel their best, Alice takes pride in easing pain and discomfort while empowering clients to better understand their bodies and the benefits of regular massage and movement.
When she’s not working her magic in the treatment room, you’ll find Alice staying active with Peloton rides, yoga flows, and running sessions—or enjoying quality time with her young family.

Lauren is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and student Osteopath.
She specialises in dry needling and uses a variety of modalities in her treatments; cupping, rock blade, taping & reiki. She is studying Osteopathy with the University of Health Sciences in London
.
Lauren also teaches Yoga, studies Non-Violent Communication and attends the Mid Essex Buddhist Centre for meditation.
Lauren has competed in Judo for Great Britain and has lived abroad in Shanghai, Taiwan & Germany.
