Unique Peformance Gym

Welcome to Unique Performance Gym, where expert coaching, high-energy sessions and a strong community come together to help you train at your best.

Our small group fitness classes are designed for all abilities and run for around 40 minutes, making them the perfect way to fit effective training into a busy schedule. With over 18 classes running each week, you will always find a session that suits you.

Every class is led by experienced coaches who guide you through a combination of strength training, conditioning and functional movements to help build muscle, improve fitness and increase overall performance. Because our groups are small, we can tailor exercises to suit your individual level, whether you are just starting out or looking to push your training further.

Alongside our group sessions, we also offer specialist handstand and calisthenics classes, personalised tailored training sessions, and one-to-one personal training for those who want a more focused approach.

Most importantly, Unique Performance Gym is built on a welcoming and supportive community. It is a place where people train hard, encourage each other and enjoy the journey towards better strength, health and confidence.

About the classes

Who is group training for? Anyone! Whether you are have a beginner or an advanced level of fitness, group training with Unique is for you. We have a maximum of 8 people to every session, giving you the comfort of a small group, and we can tailor every session to your fitness level. We can work with your personal goals and we guarantee you that you will see improvements in your fitness and energy levels. ​What are the health benefits? ​There are a great deal of benefits when it comes to small group activity, you will increase your fitness level, stamina, mental strength, muscular strength. Exercises will be structured to the individual and vetted by an appropriately qualified health professional, all our trainers are level 6/7 practitioners (Sports Therapists/Osteopaths). ​ ​Can group training help my pain? Absolutely! There's a great deal of evidence that suggests strengthening exercises, and specific training can help reduce pain, by enhancing your fitness and muscular strength it pays great rewards in making you stronger, and therefore increasing your tolerance for everyday activities. In the long-term it provides a stronger base to protect you from injury.
