I suffered terrible knee pain during my London marathon training earlier this year and got a recommendation to see Gemma. So pleased I did! Gemma got to work straight away and helped me understand what was going on with my bio mechanics too. So knowledgable. After every visit I could feel a positive difference and it helped me progress with my training. And on Sunday I smashed my first ever marathon.

With loose ligaments and hyper mobility I often have muscle pain across my back and shoulders. I've lived in Australia for 10 years and have a regular massage therapist who knows my issues very well. I tried a couple of other places when I first came back to Essex, and was thinking no one would match the skill. Then I was referred to Gemma through a friend thankfully! Fantastic massage, very firm and immediately gets to the source of the problem and relieves the tension and pain. Highly recommended!

Tish is brilliant. Both myself and Holly (wife) have had treatments with Tish and we cannot fault her. Fantastic interaction whilst receiving treatment, polite, friendly and very helpful. We have decided to have regular treatments with Tish as she is just so welcoming.
The clinic is also lovely, Great atmosphere and very well decorated and again, very welcoming.
We will 100% be spreading the great reviews around amongst friends and family to hopefully introduce them to the team.
