Anyone! Whether you are have a beginner or an advanced level of fitness, group training with Unique is for you. We have a maximum of 8 people to every session, giving you the comfort of a small group, and we can tailor every session to your fitness level. We can work with your personal goals and we guarantee you that you will see improvements in your fitness and energy levels.

There are a great deal of benefits when it comes to small group activity, you will increase your fitness level, stamina, mental strength, muscular strength. Exercises will be structured to the individual and vetted by an appropriately qualified health professional, all our trainers are level 6/7 practitioners (Sports Therapists/Osteopaths).
